Hello everyone and welcome to my new web page, what a great way to kick off the New Year! I am happy to report that my training has been going well and I am thankful to see some improvements. I would also like to reflect on an incredible 2008. It has been a wonderful year and I am honored to have accomplished many personal goals (including earning my IFBB Pro Figure Status). It has been a year filled with making new friends and experiencing new things. It has been a journey that promises to bring many exciting challenges (both on and off stage) for 2009. I can't wait!
