I am excited to announce that this week I have officially started to transition back into contest preparation for the IFBB Europa Show of Champions (www.orlandosportsexpo.com) set to take place April 17th and 18th in Orlando, FL. I can't wait to step back on stage after a relaxing and productive off-season. Wish me luck!

Challenge yourself to step outside of your comfort zone, do something different today. Walk a mile, take the stairs, pass on the candy bar and eat an apple instead. If you challenge your mind and body to embrace healthy change you will be amazed with the results!

Here is a suggestion that serves as positive motivation. Tell as many people as you can about your fitness goals that way you will feel more accountable to succeed!
