Having trouble fitting fitness into your busy schedule? Find a program that works for you and be creative. Here are some ideas
~ Home fitness videos
~ Power walks at lunchtime
~ Setting the alarm to wake up 30 minutes earlier in the am
~ Joining a gym close to work
~ Increasing the intensity of at home chores and moving at a quicker pace
~ Utilize the weekend
Remember that starting an exercise program means rearranging your schedule to allow time for it. Make daily exercise a priority and before you know it you will be exercising your way to a healthier you.
